What is the Digital Services Act?
The Digital Services Act (DSA) is a European Union regulation that establishes a legal framework for online intermediary services. Its goal is to create a safer and more transparent digital environment, protecting the fundamental rights of users.
Nature of the Service
Solatinacams operates as an informational directory linking to content hosted on third-party platforms. We do not host, produce, or moderate live streaming content. All visible content is provided by independent external platforms.
Point of Contact
In accordance with Article 12 of the DSA, we designate the following point of contact for the authorities of Member States, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and users:
- Email: dsa@solatinacams.com
- Languages of communication: English, Spanish
Transparency
In compliance with the DSA transparency obligations:
- We do not use recommendation algorithms based on user profiling
- We do not display targeted advertising
- The ordering of profiles is based on general popularity and live availability
- We do not store personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for the operation of the service
Notice Mechanism
If you believe that content listed in our directory is illegal or infringes your rights, you may submit a notice through our contact form or directly to dsa@solatinacams.com. We will process your request in accordance with the procedures set out in our Notice and Action Policy.
Content Moderation
Because Solatinacams does not host content directly, content moderation decisions are limited to removing links or profiles from our directory when illegal content or content that infringes our policies is identified. Moderation decisions are communicated to the notifier within a reasonable timeframe.
Internal Appeal
Any person affected by a moderation decision may submit a complaint via dsa@solatinacams.com. We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe, at no cost to the complainant.
