This policy describes the procedures for reporting illegal or infringing content on Solatinacams, including the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

    1. Scope

Solatinacams is an informational directory providing links to content hosted on third-party platforms. Although we do not host content directly, we are committed to acting diligently in response to notices about illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

    • Impersonation
    • Content involving minors
    • Any other content that violates our Terms of Service

    3. DMCA Procedure

    3.1 Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been linked in our directory in a manner that constitutes infringement, you may submit a DMCA notice that includes:

    • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe to be infringed
    • Identification of the material on our site that allegedly infringes, with sufficient information to locate it (URL)
    • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
    • A good-faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law
    • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
    • Your physical or electronic signature

    3.2 Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed in error or by misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

    • Identification of the removed material and its previous location
    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed in error
    • Your name, address, and phone number
    • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court
    • Your physical or electronic signature

    4. General Notice Procedure

For non-copyright notices, your notice must include:

    • A clear description of the content you consider illegal or infringing
    • The URL or exact location of the content on our site
    • The legal basis or reasons for your complaint
    • Your contact information
    • Any supporting evidence available

    5. Review Process

Once a valid notice is received:

    • We will acknowledge receipt of your notice in a timely manner
    • We will review the notice to verify that it meets the requirements
    • We will take appropriate measures, which may include removing the link from our directory
    • We will notify the affected party where appropriate
    • We will document the decision and its reasons

    6. Response Times

We commit to acknowledging receipt of notices within 48 business hours and making a decision within a reasonable timeframe, generally no longer than 14 days from receipt of a complete notice. In cases of content that is manifestly illegal, we will act as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to permanently remove from our directory any profiles or links associated with repeat infringers.
