Payments & Billing
All payments, subscriptions, and purchases are made directly on the external cams platform. Solatinacams does not process or store payment information. Here's how it works.
How do payments work?
Token purchases, tips, and subscriptions are processed on the cams platform, not on Solatinacams. When you decide to make a purchase inside a live cam room, the transaction is handled entirely on the external site.
Watching the cams and browsing the Solatinacams directory is completely free. Optional payments are for premium features inside the external platform.
Payment methods
Available payment methods depend on the cams platform. They generally accept:
- •Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- •Cryptocurrencies in some cases
- •Other methods depending on the region

Billing and refunds
Invoices, purchase history, and refund requests are handled directly on the cams platform. Solatinacams has no access to this information and cannot process refunds.
If you need a refund or have questions about a charge, contact the support team of the cams platform from your account settings.
Payment security
- •Solatinacams will never ask you for payment details or credit cards.
- •All transactions are processed with SSL encryption on the external platform.
- •Charges on your statement will appear with the platform's name, not Solatinacams.
Unrecognized charges
If you see a charge you don't recognize, first contact the support team of the cams platform. If you don't get a response, you can dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer.
